This Shipping Policy explains where BlenderBottleLife ships, what shipping services are offered, how orders are processed, and what customers can expect after placing an order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. We do not charge hidden fees, optional fees, installation fees, unpacking fees, or service charges for delivery.

Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not offer express shipping, expedited shipping, overnight delivery, white-glove delivery, installation, unpacking, assembly, or in-home services.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles). Orders placed after this time are generally processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days after successful payment authorization and verification. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, carrier interruptions, severe weather, payment review, or unusually high order volume.

Estimated Transit Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

The total estimated delivery window is generally 3–6 business days, including order processing and transit. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, destination, or other external factors.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be provided after shipment to the email address supplied during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery delays may occur.

Shipping Damage and Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been affected during transit, you must notify us within 72 hours after the package is marked as delivered or received. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

No Optional Delivery Services

Free shipping does not include installation, unpacking, haul-away, assembly, room-of-choice delivery, or any optional service. We do not offer such services, and no optional delivery charges are applied.
