Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns may be requested, how return requests are reviewed, who is responsible for return shipping costs, and how refunds are processed.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are accepted only for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within the applicable time frame and reviewed in accordance with this policy.

Eligible Returns

Return requests may be accepted within the 30-day return window only in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged during transit;
  • The item has a manufacturing defect;
  • The wrong item was received.

Non-defective items are not eligible for return.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period;
  • Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage;
  • Items that do not meet the applicable return review conditions;
  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified products, because we do not accept custom product orders;
  • Items for which sufficient proof of purchase or order verification cannot be provided when requested.

Shipping Damage Reporting Deadline

If an item was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 72 hours after the package is marked as delivered or received. To review the claim, we require:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos of the damaged item;
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging;
  • Clear photos of the shipping label;
  • Any other supporting evidence reasonably required to verify the shipping damage claim.

Return Request Steps

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Support@blenderbottlelife.shop;
  2. Provide your order number;
  3. Submit clear photos of the product and, if applicable, the packaging;
  4. Wait for our review and return authorization;
  5. If approved, follow the return instructions we provide;
  6. Return the item as instructed;
  7. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the applicable resolution.

Please do not send items back without prior return authorization, as this may delay or affect processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective item / item damaged in transit / wrong item received: we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate return solution.
  • Non-defective item: not eligible for return.

Replacement or Refund

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement where appropriate or issue a refund to the original payment method after review and approval.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was processed through Shopify Payments, the refund will be returned through the same original payment channel used at checkout.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days. After the refund has been issued on our side, banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. If payment has already been captured, certain third-party payment processing charges, banking fees, or transaction fees may be non-refundable because they are imposed by payment providers or financial institutions and may not be returned to us during the reversal process.
