Taxes and Shipping Charges

We provide Free Standard Shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States. We do not charge optional service fees, hidden fees, installation fees, or unpacking fees.

No Optional Fees

There are no optional fees and no hidden charges. All applicable costs are visible before the order is completed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the payment was processed through Shopify Payments, the refund will be returned through the same original payment channel.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation and Payment Processing Charges

If an order cancellation request is submitted after payment processing has already begun, certain third-party transaction fees charged by payment providers or financial institutions may not be refundable because these charges are imposed by the payment provider rather than retained by our store.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems provided by our ecommerce platform and payment partners. We do not request full card numbers or sensitive payment information through email.
